It's really choppy and suuuuuper scribbly because I took like 30 seconds to draw each frame. Please fill in the gaps and gloss over the art with your wonderful imagination! I made it in Windows Movie Maker which is an absolutely evil program =o=

Everything! Wolves, foxes, fennec foxes, ferrets, servals, bobcats, tigers, other big cats, small cats, deers, dragons, gryphons, dogs, birds, hybrids, original species.. bring it!
I'm leaving the details to your imagination, but here are some things I really like:
-White base color with black and red markings<33 (mostly on canines)
-Cute and fluffy things! No need to go all big eyes and oversized heads, but animals with fur. Creepy and slimy things just aren't my thing.. Still don't be afraid to make something dark/evil

The Echo chamber dilemmaThe promise of the Internet was that unlimited information and experiences would draw us together. But instead it seems to have driven us apart.
For years I've observed this behavior but haven't been able to vocalize it correctly. Originally I called the behavior of collective opinions as "the hive mentality" of the Internet. But that wasn't exactly right and I often got called out on it. The most prominent example was when I made a comic about a guy disagreeing with opinions and being shouted at till he remained quiet, eventually fading into the background with everyone else. The consensus of that comic was that if you disagree with someone you aren't bullied into not speaking, but instead are free to go someplace else where people who do agree with you exist. And you know what? That wasn't what i was trying to convey, but is sadly true. The Internet is not a hive mind. It's many tiny pocket echo chambers of mutual agreements.
And this is becoming a growing problem, I think, because n

I think I need to just stop taking portrait stock and delete most of the ones already in my gallery, thus I can quit complaining about it, and quit sending out notes all the time when people turn one of my photos black and white and re-submit it as their "art". Does anybody else have this problem with their portrait stock (portrait as in, close-up face pictures not full-body)?

STOCK USE RULES

(i know it looks like a lot, but c'mon, they're common sense i do something for you, you do something for me, that's how this works

)

1. YOU MUST MUST MUST LINK AND CREDIT ME (link meaning send me an actual link and put an actual link back to me on the deviation, DO NOT JUST TYPE IN MY NAME-THE LINK IS CRUCIAL) and let me know you've used one of my images. I really will hunt you down if you don't If you are unsure of how to properly link to deviants, please refer to the FAQ [link] it will tell you everything you ever needed to know.

2. Please do NOT use my stock in any inappropriate works, NOTHING sexual, hateful, or racist. However, horror and macabre stuff is just fine, i love it.

3. Retouching and using my photos as a reference is fine, but just changing a photo to black&white, upping the contrast, overlaying a photoshop filter, etc. is NOT a manipulation and i have the right to ask you to remove any works that I feel do not constitute a true photomanipulation.

4. PLEASE ASK ME VIA A NOTE BEFORE ANY OFF-SITE USE OF MY STOCK. IF IT IS GOING ON A WEBSITE, PLEASE SEND ME A LINK TO THAT SITE

5. Don't send me any inappropriate requests (i.e. nudity, etc...not happening).

6. Please keep stupid, inappropriate comments such as OMG UR SO HOTT to yourself. Also, people with foot fetishes-you can take your fetishes elsewhere, YOUR COMMENTS ARE NOT WELCOME ON MY PAGE.

7. Deviantart prints of your work that used my stock are fine and you don't need to ask permission.

9. YOU MAY NOT SUBMIT YOUR WORK USING MY PICTURES INTO THE PHOTOGRAPHY CATEGORY. IT IS MY PHOTOGRAPHY, NOT YOURS.

Perhaps you could just make your portrait photos available in zip format, by request, and only share those with people you know who have used your work properly. I think I saw somewhere that someone wanted to do that, something about having a code to unlock it. I'm not sure if that is accurate or not, as I don't much about zip files.

I would be highly sad if you got rid of any particular part of your stock. I understand your frustration with it but you are helping people like myself practice and build up to creating some awesome manipulations. At least one out of those 10 should count for something right? Think about the images you're pleased with and why you do this in the first place. I feel truly appreciative of your stock and that I even found that their were awesome people like yourself on DA to donate such stunning images.

i think i would cry if you did that and then i'd have to go on a killing spree. You have such wonderful stock and i agree that a lot of it is art on it's own. Sometimes i'll like one of your shots soooo much that i take it to use and then never do anything with it because i feel like i'd ruin what's already there!
